Waited about 20 minutes and got the 2 "grinch meals" crammed in a bag super messy and then when we asked the girl if they had the Shaker salt that was supposed to go with it, she said "oh we dont have any but my manager said to just sell them as is anyway." Then we said "and you guys dont think to mention that when ordering?" She said "my manager said not too, but I agree its stupid " 100% ripped off and this place is a joke with the teens running it and having no one actually in charge.

The food takes at least 40 minutes and is somehow still cold every time. The employees argue with every customer every time I am in here. I have finally learned my lesson and will never come back here.
- WLWade LynchNov 28, 20251.0Stopped by today yes Thanksgiving, but they appeared to be open. We pulled up behind the car sitting in drive thru. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes. The car in front never got to order. The manager walks outside to talk to someone driving thru. I mean if it was open at least take a order. I mean the next McDonald's was great at least the light were off so you automatically knew they were not gonna wait on you. If your not gonna take orders then turn lights off or put a sign in drive thru that says closed. Won't go back my parents HAD BEEN GOING HERE FOR 15 YEARS NO MORE. Fast food after covid should be called slow painful death. 1 cost. 2 horrible food 3 horrible service 4 attitude of employees 5 very slow service and product. Horrible management 😪. Thank you God after that my dad doesn't want to go back.
