  Totally incompetent, girl taking order had no personality and couldn't even take an order correctly. Food window got my order wrong and then left out half of my order. No apologies at all .. poor mgt.and training with a I don't care attitude.

  The last few stops here, inside, nobody was ready to man the register even though there was not a line. The last couple a filet of fish had buns that were stale. I think I'll give this place a break for a while and try it again when my hankering is bad enough that I do not feel like driving further.

  If you like waiting a long time for bad food then this is the place for you. By far the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Worst attitudes from employess I've ever dealt with! Always a long wait. Nothing is ever right. Worst location in Pensacola! They will see you waiting at the window and completely ignore you. 10/10 recommend going to ANOTHER location!
