  We had never been to a Whataburger before, and would definitely go again! Courteous staff from the time we walked in, till we left. And to have several team members checking to see if everything was OK was a surprise! Great job!!

  We stopped in for a quick lunch with our son yesterday and the cashier (I don’t remember his name but he’s a young man that was working the lobby yesterday) was very kind and polite. He was attentive to our needs and actually looked like he likes his job! Which is uncommon these days especially in the fast food industry. I truly hope that you guys understand how valuable of an employee this young man is, and keep him around as long as you can! We appreciated him not making it a stressful stop like some other places around town! We will be back just because of him! My son was so thrilled that he complimented his Batman crocs and that he asked how my sons day way going, so my son (10yrs old) is going to leave him a review as well because he was also impressed! lol.   We travel a lot throughout Panama City, Panama City Beach, Destin, Pensacola, and Walton County. Out of all the Wataburgers we have dine in, the one at Callaway, Panama City stands as the best. The staff is always friendly with a smile. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Their Manager Ms. Erin always has a welcoming smile and attitude. It is always a pleasant experience to come into this restaurant.

  Young man at the window this 2 a.m. shift was so friendly n fast and just what I needed this night. I didn't get his name but I wanted to let someone know, the Young man with the locks and kind smile made a old ladies night. Food was fresh and tasty too.

  I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but Betty at Whataburger absolutely deserves the recognition. From the moment I drove up, she set the tone for what real customer service is supposed to look like. You can tell she genuinely cares…..not just about doing her job, but about people. Betty was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive, even while things were busy. She handled everything with such grace and professionalism, never missing a beat. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of positive energy and consistency to their work, and it truly makes all the difference. Because of her, this wasn’t just a quick stop for food…..it was an experience. She made me feel welcome, valued, and taken care of, and that’s something you just don’t forget. If you’re stopping by this location, I hope you get the chance to be helped by Betty….you’ll see exactly what I mean. She’s a true asset to the team and the reason I’ll be coming back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
