  I am here right now. At the turn of breakfast to lunch. The Employee, David. (Who turned out to be the manager) that I dealt with was the absolute best example of customer service one could hope for. They made my order exactly as I specified and even though I ordered breakfast at the absolute last minute, he still gave it to me and said special ordered my meal. And he did it with fresh sides and a smile.

  I just went through the drive-thru. No hassle and the cashier was courteous enough to let me know there was a slight wait on the potatoes wedges.

  Came to Wendy's to grab some food. Got to Wendy's about 10:15/10:20 ish pm on March 28, 2026. It was 1 car in front of me. I get to the thing to place my order its a wait, ok cool. Then when im finally taking the order the guy kept asking me to repeat my order. I pull around and they basically in there playing. I finally get my food its about 5-8 workers in there, they got the music playing loud and thats why he cant hear tge orders. I leave get home and sorting out the food. The burgers was made so sloppy and the meat looked overcooked, the fries hard and cold. Waiting on food you would think it would be fresh and hot if you waiting that long. I had already given my kids they food pissed off and then the rest of the food I took back up there. This time its 3 cars in front of me and when I finally get to the window the guy says how can he help me and I tell him that I already came and im returning the rest of the food and he ask did I want a remake or get a refund. I pull to the window again everyone in there having a good Ole time and he says something slick and I tell him maybe if yall wasn't in here dancing yall can make fresh food. I dont care how much I spend on my food I expect for it to be hot, and fresh. Train your staff. Driving back up there wasting gas is irritating. I need corporate to contact me.
