Great experience today. We went for two small Oreo blasts, and a large mozzarella sticks to share. Joanna took great care of that and was very professional. Everything was up to par. Love it!

I had a really disappointing experience at Sonic. I was served food that had visible mold on the bread, which is honestly unacceptable and concerning for anyone’s health. When I brought it to their attention, I expected an apology and a refund, but instead I was told they couldn’t issue one.
What makes it worse is that they mentioned doing an inspection and supposedly finding more moldy bread, which just confirms this wasn’t a one-time mistake—it’s a bigger issue with how food is being handled. That’s extremely alarming.
Customer service should be about making things right, especially in situations like this, but that didn’t happen here. Between the lack of accountability and the serious food safety concerns, I won’t be returning.

Onion rings were fresh and good. Coney on the other had had a lot of room for improvement. The cheese was a joke. The hot dog was about 6 days old.

This is a medium chili cheese fries? Just bought this and there are like 15 fries and hardly any chili and cheese. Just pitiful!

Beware. I went through the drive-thru today and handed over my card, but it wasn’t returned for a couple of minutes, which immediately raised some concern. I received a notification from my bank as soon as the card was used, which was expected—but about two hours later, I received another charge for a completely different (and much higher) amount that I did not authorize.
I’ve since had to contact my bank’s fraud department to investigate. This was a very unsettling experience, and I will not be returning.
