I ordered from Uber eats a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a medium Coke My order ended up getting stolen by the first person who went to go pick it up The second person doesn't even bother to contact me so I got assigned a third person to go pick up my order so I called the store before the lady was assigned my order I don't know whether he was a crew member or a manager but his name was Ethan he ended up having my food remade I'm assuming and my third Uber eats driver picked up my food so this review is for Ethan for answering my phone call and helping me get my food by the way phenomenal bacon cheeseburger

I want to give a shout to one of the managers Trinity she is one of the best workers there always smiling and has an amazing bright attitude…. Trinity is the one that told me about an event for Halloween and invited my son and I to join and when we walked in the door she was excited we made it and made us feel so welcome my son and I had the best time GREAT JOB TRINITY !!!!

I’ve been to this Whataburger twice now, and both times the food has been cooked perfectly! The first visit was through the drive-thru, and the second time my wife and I dined inside. Let me tell you — the team here is awesome! Everyone is so friendly, respectful, and seems to genuinely enjoy working together.
During a busy lunch hour, I accidentally held up the line while paying with cash, but the staff never rushed me. They reassured me that everything was fine and kept things running smoothly — even getting a few orders out ahead of mine!
I’ll definitely keep coming back to this Whataburger whenever I’m on this side of town. Great food and even better service! 🍔👏

It was fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door, to the hot fresh fries and cooked as I ordered burger, it was great. The store was clean, really clean. Everything was shining. I was very happy that I stopped there. Food was fresh, tasty, made to order, and hot. All the employees deserve a huge round of aplause and a raise. I hope you treat them well, because they made that Whataburger a place I want to go back to.
