  This place was awful! The inside was so hot! And the food was old! They even had one of their worker guys standing next to the counter vaping. The bathrooms needed attention serverly and they wasn't busy at all! No one in the lobby expect us so plenty of time to clean the bathrooms. If your passing through, don't stop there. We should have walked out the minute we walked in and felt how hot it was inside..

  I just order food and I live 4 minutes away from Wendy’s. My fries and nuggets was cold and the burger bun was hard.

  They always close early, never make orders correct, service is HORRIBLE! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR NEW MANAGEMENT! I CAN'T SEE HOW THEY MAKE ANY REVENUE WITH THE WAY THEY OPERATE!

  Usually I have a good experience but to day the attitude I received in drive through was unnecessarily inappropriate , Due to their customer service.

  My mother and I went through the drive-through February 3 and it was a terrible experience. The person‘s name that was rude. Was Ricardo not 1 ounce of customer service it was terrible especially after just leaving a course on customer service I would’ve gave zero stars and the food was terrible as well. The cheese was not even melted on the burger you can also see how sloppily it was put together. There was ketchup everywhere on the outside of the Bun.I guess he was too busy talking on the phone because there wasn’t any customers in the drive-through but yet he was literally handed the food roughly and close the window no thank you nothing so rude.
