Lost literality (5) customers in one bad order. We had been getting lighter cups of coffee here lately...found out this weekend...making 1/2 cups of coffee then just adding whip cream so you couldn't see coffee line. This time it was about 1/4 of liquid in the cup, asked to be remade for a full cup...just added a full cup of milk and handed it back...literality!! This is the 3rd time it's happened just 1st time it was addressed...three different trips. LAST ONE was made this past weekend. And before you don't care...we tip well, always in cash and always with a smile. And Sharron - Sandra whatever the manager name watched as this was happening.
