It’s incomprehensible to me to feel confident being so rude and disrespectful especially at the age she appeared to be. Another young man seemed to try to amend her rudeness and I feel so very apologetic for him to have to clean up the messes left behind by this woman through her terrible customer service. If that was indeed a manager, she should be ashamed and I feel terrible for the team underneath her instruction. Too many restaurants in this area to accept this behavior, just go somewhere else.
