- SMSabrina MoweryDec 2, 20251.0Megan who claims to be the GM of this location is extremely rude my husband came through the drive thru last night around 11pm ordered 4 items was asked to park waited 30 minutes for our food got home and the order was completely wrong asked for 2 crispy chicken burritos and 2 flat breads and got 2 random tacos and a bean burrito spent $20 asked if they could replace it when I had a moment to call them today cause online it says they close @11pm and when he got home it was nearly 12am so I didn’t call that night and she says because I didn’t call she can’t replace our meal I tried explaining to her the hours online say they close at 11pm she said they close at 12am I said well I wasn’t aware cause that’s not what it says online and she said that’s my problem and I told her she had no reason to be so rude and she proceeded to say I didn’t need to cuss at her and I wasn’t so I told her to have a nice night and hung up this was the first time going to this Taco Bell in months because it’s always some drama with these people so I usually just go to the Brooksville one and I will continue to take the extra drive then to continue giving these people business
