I want to give a huge shout-out to Melissa at this Dunkin’ location! Every time I come in, she is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. Her customer service is truly exceptional. She always greets me with a smile, remembers my usual order, and makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely puts so much care and effort into their job, but Melissa truly does. This Dunkin’ is actually one of the three locations I usually visit, and I can honestly say not all of them are good but this one is by far the best. The difference is noticeable the moment you walk in. The service, the atmosphere, and especially Melissa’s kindness make it stand out from the rest. She goes above and beyond, even when the store is busy, staying professional, calm, and always sweet. Dunkin’ is lucky to have an employee like her representing them. Melissa makes every visit a great experience, and customers like me definitely notice. Thank you, Melissa, for your amazing service every single time. You deserve all the recognition! 💗☕️

I am very particular with my coffee and the young lady who made it did an amazing job. Olivia was polite and attentive to my order. I had a great experience

I ordered 2 bags of midnight coffee , they didn’t have it , in addition they only had beans a not grounds . I asked if I could pick them up when delivery came in and was told no.They wouldn’t give me refund , so I had to take different flavor and beans . Had to go buy a grinder to use them.I have been going to this Dunkin for years several times a day. I will NEVER RETURN!!!!! Was told I couldn’t talk to manager, what kind of place treats regular customers this way. Very disgraceful for such a fine place
The customer service here was terrible. You can tell the employees don’t even want to be there which, okay, fine, but at least get the orders right. Dunkin messed up my order three times in a row. I asked for avocado toast with a fried egg, no bacon, and with cheese. First, they brought it with bacon. I sent it back and reminded them fried egg, no bacon, with cheese. Then they brought it out with just the egg and no cheese. Sent it back again, and they just slapped a slice of cheese on there not even melted. That’s when I decided to just refund it. On top of that, they forgot two items on my friend’s separate order. The whole experience was just frustrating and unprofessional.

Came 2 times in 1 week, 1st occasion ordered one of the new colada drinks. They asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said ok. My error was not seeing that the medium size was 5.99 but on receipt, I was also charged 80 cents extra for the whipped cream. Now, with other drinks like that, they have never charged for whipped cream. If it now doesn't come with it, you should be informed that is an extra charge especially since I didn't ask, I was offered without knowing. OK, so, I tried calling, no answer after trying several times over an hour . Cannot even leave a message. 2nd visit 3 days later, I ordered a medium iced coffee and asked for 3 pumps mocha which I expected to be charged for as it doesn't come with it. Fine. I get the drink, drive away, I don't get to it immediately as I'm driving and im not at a place where I can get to it. So as soon as I am, 5 minutes or so, I go and take a sip, there is no mocha at all but was charged for it on my receipt. I try calling and this time, an associate answers. I explain what my issue was and i was told that he really didn't think this was any kind of issue to address. I wasn't asking for a freebie but acknowledgement that they need to listen and are giving me what I pay for. Like everyone, I may wait in drive thru up to 15 minutes at times, I get that, but when I finally get my order, I expect it to be what I ask for especially after paying 7-9 damn dollars for a medium drink!! Then im told it isn't a problem to you? OK, I will no longer purchase anything from DD and go to your green competitor even if they charge a bit extra because they rarely make a mistake and when they do, they will remake it exactly as you wanted without question and even give you the incorrect one. So, I'm sorry but you obviously don't care about your customers so you lost a 20+ year customer
