  I found Five Guys several years ago when they opened in Manchester NH. No one does burgers and fries better. Since my wife and I moved to this area 5 years ago Five Guys on Cortez blvd in Brooksville is our fave eating spot. Bre runs a tight ship and is amazing young lady. She gets the utmost respect from her staff which is nice to see. She runs it with a fun work atmosphere where everyone working is enjoying it. Charles stood out as well last visit. Whoever hires these young people at this location is doing a hell of a job. Bre stands out and deserves this pat on the back. 🎯❤️

  Great service. Handled my unusual order request with 2 picky kids. The crew delivered an exceptional bag of food perfectly. Plenty of fries enjoyed by all.

  I ordered 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes. Standard typical thing they do. I placed my order today 3/31 at 7:14pm I got my food in less than 10 minutes. When the guy handed my food I said I am still waiting on my 2 shakes. He told a girl that I needed shakes and then I waited 20 minutes while my food in the bag got soggy and cold. After 20 minutes I asked the cashier about my milkshakes because my food was getting soggy. She went and made them. 5 minutes later she tells me oh our milkshake machine isn't working and hands me cups of milk. I ask for a refund, the whole time I was waiting the manager would look up at me but not make eye contact or ask what I was waiting for knowing that multiple orders are out and people have gotten their food and finished after my order. The cashier asks the manager for a refund and she still refuses to make eye contact and I tell her that I am afraid my food is soggy and she refunds me the money for the milkshakes and doesnt even acknowledge what I said and says "yea the milkshakes machine has been down" completely ignoring me. I asked if its down then why let me make an order, and that I told the guy that set my food down now almost 30 minutes later that I was waiting for them and nobody did anything. The manager just walked away without an apology or anything. So now I have a greasy bag that is dripping grease in the car with soggy food and clearly they dont want me back again. I am very disappointed and if Five Guys is promoting people who cant talk to customers or de-escalate or any sort of people skills like looking someone in the eye and just saying I am sorry for the inconvenience then its gonna be my last soggy burger from one of my favorite places. For $55 for burger and fries I could got to a full restaurant. I expect crap service at a place that sells dollar cheeseburgers not a premium place like this.
