First inwaitted in drive thru for an hour, finally got to the window and had too repeat my entire order just for them to ask me to pull up because the chicken would take another 5 mins. Okay no problem whats another 5 mins added too the hour ive already waitted. Well then i sit there for another 30 mins! I finally had enough went inside to ask for a refund that took another 20 mins. They hand me my food it was cold and chicken not fully cooked. The lady with the red hair was rude and threw 2 ketchup packets at the cuatomer in front of me and said thats all she had. Muliple customers witnessed it! Definitely will nott be back to this place! Its garbage. I then had to go to mcdonalds to get my kid food because he wouldnt eat the cold slop they served us while trying to get back to the hospital to be with my grandmother! Management needs to be reconsidered. Ive worked fast food and NEVER have seen this much of a circus!

The first time my burger was rock hard and this time it was comically swimming in ketchup with no other topping I ordered ?? My fries were sickly covered in old brown grease, and my cookie ? Might as well have been the display one it was that rock hard. I’m disgusted and now I just feel sick.
