It is so impersonal and I tried to find out what was on a double stack. It couldn't tell me it ended up ordering me the double stack and I tried to tell it that I wanted a chocolate Frosty and had a coupon. It didn't understand that either. I had to clear everything up at the window when I finally got a person. If you're going to use AI then you need to make sure your system is advanced enough to handle customers' questions like a person would. Until then you should keep the personal touch and have a human being speaking to people. If Wendy's is going to go completely AI then I will go to McDonald's or Burger King as long as I can get a human being to speak to there

We asked about sweet and sour sauce as we didn’t know they don’t carry it anymore and told me to go to McDonalds and that they have it. Girls attitude is absolutely insane. Do better Wendy’s!
