Every single time I have ordered in the last six months, they have either 1) not done the order at all, 2) gave me something I didn't order, or 3) made up a fake driver story when they failed to deliver to my son's school for his 16th birthday. Sadly, they didn't call to let me know either so I had a bunch of teenagers waiting on lunch who ended up with nothing due to the window of time and the no notification from Papa John's. Their female Manager took all three of those orders. I can't remember her name but she was unapologetic every time. When I questioned her, she just ignored me or walked away pretending I wasn't there. I have six kids and pizza is our go to on busy nights and birthdays are important! I need a more reliable, honest company in my corner.
