Had the McRib meal with fries and a drink . I have to say it was very good . I get them every holiday season . The only problem I had was when the young lady brought my food I asked for ketchup and she never came back . If McDonalds wants to do table service they should train their team better . Ghosting a request is not the way to win customers over .

I was at this McDonald’s at 10am on 11/2. When you walk in all you her is this white lady dressed in a red McDonald’s shirt screening at the employees in the back you can hear everything from the lobby. Whoever that lady is needs to be fired or removed from her position. She is just harassing her workers. That is crazy and unprofessional. If the work isn’t doing good then correct it. Screaming. Maybe more like yelling. But still never the less she is harassing her workers back there because of a mistake. Seriously sad to see.

Charged for food I did not receive. Waited 10 mins off to the side like asked only to get cold food while 7 other cars went through. Very poor service.
