Bathroom was very gross. Dried urine around the toilet riser. Urinal OOC. Stains on the toilet and sinks as if they haven’t seen abrasive powder for at least two weeks. A smell like that doesn’t occur until urine putrify, and yes, the urine has to have been there for days to do that. YUCK. Corporate, it’s time to step in and lean hard on this location.
This dunkin is rough. I feel like they are honestly trying but are completely lost. There is a lack of direction from anyone with any leadership experience. Orders are often wrong. Almost always they will fix the orders without complaint but sometimes the order is still wrong. Orders take forever, i order ahead and the order might not be ready 30 minutes later (one coffee a refresher and two doughnuts). It is the only dunkin for miles so I end up there quite a bit because my kids like it. If you are going I just recommend being patient and flexible.
Feb 22nd was in at 310 pm and sat in the drive thru for 10 mins while they said they would be right with us ...1 customer in lobby and 1 car ahead of us ...after sitting there we ordered 1 coffee then sat for another 10 mins when I got out of the car to go inside and say something thats when they open the window for our coffee .when I got the coffee it wasnt even stirred or anything and when I was telling buddy at the window that this was ridiculous all he did was smile the hole time ...

Extremely disappointed with this visit.
We ordered two chicken sandwiches with NO bacon due to my alpha-gal allergy (this is not a preference — it’s a medical issue). We also ordered two coffees: one with cream and 2 sugars, the other black with 2 sugars.
We received sandwiches with bacon and both coffees loaded with 4 sugars. When we brought the sandwiches back and explained the allergy concern, staff attempted to simply remove the bacon and hand the sandwiches back to us. Thankfully, another customer saw what was happening and stopped them. That is completely unacceptable when dealing with food allergies.
To add to the frustration, the bathrooms were in terrible condition and had no paper towels.
After all that, we ordered two fresh coffees for the road — clearly restating the order with extra emphasis. We got down the road and somehow they were wrong again. Both had cream, and one had no sugar at all.
The chicken sandwich itself tasted good, but accuracy, food safety, and cleanliness matter more. Very disappointing experience overall.

You really just can’t make this up. Started in the drive thru, with a simple order… or you’d think. Three bacon egg and cheeses, a refresher, black coffee and a water. That took 30 minutes waiting by the window to pay. Then we finally get our food to find out that they forgot a sandwich, so we go back inside to get it. So as we are waiting another 25 minutes, we do as anyone would - start eating our sandwiches they got correct. Then I look at my buddies bagel and he’s got two bottoms of the bagel making up his sandwich and I have two tops 😭. So stupid and so simple I’ve never seen it before. Then we finally hear, “Sausage egg and cheese ready for ya man”. Hahah I mean I was crying laughing how the whole had to be a skit. Barely had the heart to tell him, then as we left we noticed we never got the water. But whatever. Oh I never reviews, because they got a job I would never work and usually I’m sure it gets busy. In this case WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE. Garbage experience, gave me a hell of a laugh though. 40$ for a laugh. Don’t even know to put dine in, takeout, or delivery… feels like I did all three. I will be going back.
