  We ordered on the mobile app at 6:30 am when we were five miles away. We sat in line for 20 mins, of that time 10 was at the window before she acknowledged we were there. When we asked why she mumbled there is only two here. Well come and acknowledge and explain that at minute one not 10. Then after another five minutes another girl brought us over a bag with our food. She said have a good day and my husband explained they need to be proactive with this wait. We drove away. Only to not have our donut holes and my one item I ordered…. Bacon! Well this was a fail and now we are late getting where we were going because we only buffered for ten minutes tops!

  Was good like Dunkin almost always is, but WOW this place was decorated for Christmas in a way that actually caught me off guard and I am a freaking elf. I love Christmas - so does my wife and kids and this place was so well decorated, we took some pictures of the kids inside. There is more than what you can see in the photo. The staff (who decorated it) was awesome as well. It’s worth mentioning, kind service and such an effort to bless people who come in for coffee says a lot. Hands down my favorite Dunkin and I’m from 1200 miles away. I’ve tried many

  Went in here with my children as they where order , a customer ‘ a grown man and his wife ‘ behind us decided it was okay to curse at my children because the order taker was not present to take there order nor was she very helpful , management ignored the situation , then I was wondering why my food was 18 $ consider they had nothing but a everything bagel available, and the total was high for a 6$ meal deal and a hash brown they order taker rang each item individually, upon receiving my food , the coffee was cold , the bagel was burnt was suppose to have no bacon came with bacon . The only thing that was right on my order was a sprinkle donut . Needless to say this place is not family friendly , and I will NEVER ALLOW my children to come back here nor will I be .

  A very UNdelightful experience. First, we were nearly knocked out by the skunk stench of a vehicle passing us by in the parking lot. Presumably marijuana. Then we noticed the driver working behind the counter. We were welcomed by rogue flies buzzing around and a wet floor sign as we entered the facility. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before this little older lady came to take our order. She was pleasant to us. I went to the restroom after placing my order to find one of the stalls with no latch to close the stall. I went into the handicapped stall next and was able to latch the door. There was paper on the floor. We observed a guy with dread locks emptying the coffee filter basket by sticking it INSIDE the trash can and banging it. His demeanor wasn’t the friendliest. The girl bringing the food and beverages over, only called out the numbers, failing to make eye contact with any of the guests. She didn’t seem to enjoy being there. The gentleman making the food was wearing a polo shirt and was content doing what he was doing. The food was dry, the croissant was overcooked and very crumby. The iced coffee was not typical Dunkin. It really didn’t taste very good and after 2 sips I was ready to toss it. Not a facility I would recommend. Was looking forward to a donut, but the flies were a total turnoff.

  Our visit was absolutely horrible. We love Dunkin but will NEVER return to this one! We spent almost $40 and she says her scanner is broken so she couldn’t scan my app to pay or for points. We asked for no ice in our drinks she said she couldn’t do no ice so we said very little ice. We got the drinks and they were all ice! My toast was burnt. Sandwiches were burnt and dried out. The girl rolled her eyes every time we spoke. She handed us half of our stuff then closed the window and stared at us like we were stupid bc we were waiting on the rest of our food and drinks. Then she finally opened the window with an attitude and said why are you still sitting here! Maybe to get the rest of our food and drinks? This was the worst dunkin experience I’ve ever had! Not to mention we sat in the line for over thirty minutes while we watched employees outside playing around and smoking on the sidewalk with customers literally lined around the block!
