I got a bacon egg and cheese with just bacon and cheese -y’all didn’t have bagels-I got sourdough… you toasted one piece with cheese, shoved the bacon into a singular line, & and didn’t even butter the sourdough. We got an unheated ham & Swiss too. Cold all the way through… So how is this location so bad? I promise everyone if you want DD by some miracle for their company go to another one or wait till another exit. That was such a waste of time. Took 15 minutes to fail in every area except ice water.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to wait on us. Manager walked by several times, girl working drive thru saw us. Nobody acknowledged people were even in line inside. Several people behind us in line. My husband walked around the counter and stood at the register and said to everyone in line , “ Welcome to Dunkin, How may I help you? Still nobody came over for help. Finally, he went over to the other side of the store and asked if any one could help at the register. They replied, they didn’t see the 5 customers in line! They did see us and made eye contact several times. The worker at the drive thru took our order, and the gentleman’s behind us and then walked away, not filling the order but taking our money. The bathrooms were disgusting and have not had a thorough cleaning recently. This was 9:15 am! Don’t go to this location! There are many other locations to choose from.
