Oh and don’t bother asking the “manager” DJ for resolution because he will offer you a credit back to only use at the same location that you got the initial garbage from. Even though the money I paid is not only restricted to that one location but I digress. Please drive a little further and order from the County Line location because they have NEVER DISAPPOINTED.

After arriving at 6pm I was told that the order was not ready. After waiting and asking when it would be ready I was informed that they were working on it. They never made my order. I was told by the employee that they were not making online orders at 645pm. At 730 I asked again when my order would be ready as I was there in person & ordered 2 hours ago. I was then told by the female employee that they did not care. I left. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Thank you Domino's Brooksville for refusing to serve me and informing me that you don't care. Apparently the staff at this location do not understand how business works - great job on customer service and retention. For anyone thinking of ordering Domino's in Brooksville, please remember that they have verbally declared that they only make the orders they want to & don't care about anyone else.
