Not once did anyone acknowledge the wait—no apology, no explanation—just attitude. Customer service is a skill that can be learned, but it’s clear it isn’t being taught or prioritized here. There were plenty of simple things that could have been done to make customers feel welcome or at least respected during the wait, but none of them happened. Instead, it felt like the focus was squeezing out every dollar in the moment, without any regard for the long-term impact. Sure, you got people’s money that day—but experiences like this are exactly why customers decide to take their business elsewhere.
