  My husband and I came here to try the new chicken al pastor we both got a bowl I don't usually complain because I work in the food service industry so I know that this type of work can be exhausting with that being said when we were working on my bowl and I asked marale for queso she scraped the bottom of the pan for what looked to be like1/4 of the scoop so I asked if I could get some more and she did the same thing and it yeilded about the same amount I figured ya know what I'm sure they have had a long day as it was 9 pmish (they don't close until 11) but whatever so when I asked for guacamole she scooped a massive amount on there didn't have a problem with that because I love guac but when I asked for lettuce it was the same thing as the cheese teeny tiny amount. Again I understand an exhausting job so I just looked over it here is where I have the problem my husband is ordering his bowl and Michelle dead seriously looked at my husband when he asked for queso and said we are out of queso and he looks at me and asks if she is serious because I ordered a side of queso and chips that was just handed to me as she told him they were out now I can understand if you were busy and were legit out but no they were NOT out Michelle just didn't want to walk a few steps over to get any from the other side so after my husband questioned this the attitude that was already there just got worse I literally had to buy a 5 dollar chips and queso just to get a regular amount for my bowl didn't even eat the chips because they were so stale I couldn't even chew them. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants and this Chipotle is definitely the absolute worst one I have ever been to everyone I believe hated their job here everyone had an attitude and acted so miserable you could literally feel the tension in this building I usually post on many places that we go because we always have our little dates we go on but this experience was so terrible I definitely did not want to promote this store in any way what so ever if you are thinking about Chipotle do your self a favor and go to literally ANYONE other than this one. If I could give zero stars I would

  i came to pick up an order and i find it extremely disrespectful that an employee was slamming my bowl around and found it funny. how inconsiderate is it to slam someone’s food around?? if i had gotten his name i would’ve written down in this review. unbelievable.

  Chipotle has become one of my go‑to spots when I want what I consider a healthier fast‑food option—right or wrong, it just feels like a better choice. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are solid, and the menu is simple enough that you always know what you’re getting. The chips are consistently crunchy, and the dips—especially the guac and queso—are always fresh. If you’re not in the mood for a wrap, the bowl is a great alternative that still gives you all the flavor without feeling as heavy. Prices are decent for what you get, and the wait is usually minimal.
