  The staff here at this locations is truly acceptional. We've sat with kayla quiet a few times and she is the sweetest most attentive and absolut down to earth person at your establishment. She deserves all the recognition and will always be a pleasure to come in and see her warming smile and positive attitude greeting our table. I couldn't ask for better service and truly caring person to assist us. Kayla is amazing and deserves more than a raise!

  My wife Nikki and I went for dinner last night and we had an amazing dining experience. Alivia was our server and she was attentive, professional, provided impeccable service and made our meal memorable. We will definitely be back, thank you for the tasty food, inviting environment, and outstanding service.

  Love this Carraba's. Even when they are busy the food and service is still on point. I love the little charcuterie they give you on top of your wine when waiting for a table such a perfect touch. They are always changing there wine list but the bartender knows exactly what to recommend if they are out of the wine I usually order. 10/10.

  Calamari and their sauce is excellent my favorite item on the menu !. Front staff was polite and at the table our drinks food and dessert came on time. All were of high quality good proportions and very tasty. Only reason for 4 starts is they only allow 1 complimentary appetizer per table with the coupon. I didn't want to wait till next time to use my coupon 😒

  Been going here for over 5 years and was excellent. Over the past year or so the food service and staff attitude has changed. We have been experiencing tough steaks, hops microwaved lasagna, vegetables and really sad to report this. I was told during a recent poor meal that they are the highest producing store in the country. We have never asked for free anything and certainly not the point here. Recently we had Salmon, pasta, meatballs salad and asparagus. The salmon was actually mush and could not be cut. The salmon and the asparagus side was at room temperature. My wife had some angel hair with meat sauce with a side of meatballs and with portions actually refrigerator cold. Being positive we mentioned this to the manager paid for our drinks, charges for the bread and salad which tasted fine. The point here at 63 years old military gent I'm not finicky at all and heard the " we are the highest grossing franchise" in the country. We'll we live 3 miles away and we now live here forever and a strong part of the community and hopefully the managers and owners will make the changes and pay attention. Of you read the other reviews the establishments answer seems to be a generic appeasement statement with no real meaning and a boxed narrative. We will not be going back anytime soon until we see a change in the poor reviews. Zero animosity and love the staff but again the stress and attitude has changed. One last note the bartender is also the server for the bar tables as well as the bar occasionally. The last 2 vists this was the case and no human can possibly be efficient when things get remotely busy and this poor bartender has to make cocktails for all and wait on the whole room. This is a reflection on management not the staff. We were also told they do not even have a microwave when on another occasion our cold lasagna was returned to us in minutes after sending this dish back so hot you dare not touch it. Sadly my wife has been a chef for decades. Something is not working and hope that can fix it. I will not go to their website with the mana gers boiler plate nonsense. Fix it take responsibility and move on.
