While our waiter, Chris, was amazing and polite.. its took 2 hours for our food to come out completely cold. When the food finally did make it out, only 3 people of pur 6 person party received their meals, about 20 mins later , they finally brought the rest out. I asked for a to go box with my meal. I have a 6 month old, he took a whole hour nap during the wait for our food. Not only was it cold, the food sub-par especially for the amount of money we spent.... never had a bad time at bonefish, until today. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went for martini monday. The restaurant advertised $5 martinis. I sat at the bar and ordered 2 gin martinis. When I got my bill, I was charged $12 for my martini. I addressed this error with the bartender. Sorry, she said, the $5 martini is for Bombay gin. I ordered tanguerey gin. It would have been nice for her to inform me of this. The manager got involved, she reduced one martini to $5

Kudos to staff! Kudos to Fillet!
Bone Fish is a supposed to be a step above! Well this time it wasn't.... Preface was not busy.
I have issue with the following:
Chilean Sea Bass which is my favorite and the most expensive fish on menu came out looking like something, other than not being breaded, to be placed between two buns at Mc Donald's. Hint. If not in season don't carry
Lobster Tail was way over cooked. Hockey puck at best. Drawn butter couldn't bring back to life.
All of this was bad enough but the presentation of the garlic mash potatoes took me over the edge... I was speechless that it was quite evident that an ice cream scoop was used? I can understand at Cracker Barrel..... Not at Bone Fish.......
I have been a dedicated customer to None Fish since conception for special occasions......... Seriously rethinking..... I just can't believe the lack of quality of food made it through pass.
Thank you.

Totally disappointed.
Sunday 3p.m on my 75th birthday decided to go for early dinner with family 4 adults and 5 year old grandchild.
No cars in parking lot. Great it's not busy. We go in and get greeted by two young lady's that looked like they were mad at the world. Only two tables had people at them. We get taken to the booth next to the bathroom I asked for another table and was told that this is the only table available or the bar at a hightop. I was told all the tables had been reserved..so we left

I love bonefish but this location is terrible! Went for dinner and the fish was not cooked and the steak was very red for medium. They took it back but didn’t bring back until the rest of us were done eating. They tried to double charge us. Never brought us bread. The waitress had a terrible attitude.
