    Love the quality of food at Bonefish. The atmosphere is always more calm than other chain restaurants.

    My broccoli was crunchy and my rice was dry. The grilled shrimp and scallops were nothing to brag about. My chocolate creme brulee came with frozen cranberries on top. Our waiter and the kitchen seemed very slow even though the dining room was only half full. Not impressed.

    Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The restaurant was noticeably dirty — the tablecloths were stained and clearly not clean, which immediately made a bad impression. When we politely asked to speak with the manager to point this out, her attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. Instead of addressing the concern, she was rude and dismissive. This is not the level of cleanliness or customer service we expect from Bonefish Grill. Very disappointing experience.

    Jessica/Jess is the best server I’ve had to this location. I had lunch this past Saturday at the Brooksville location and she was breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable about the menu, great hospitality, and so sweet and personable! She’s def a keeper!! Thanks for a great time Saturday Jess!!
