  Ordered to go for pickup. I received a text at 5:39pm, texted i was parked in spot #2. At 6pm when my food did not.come out i went inside the restaurant to the ro go area and no one was there. I waited for about five more minutes then went to a server and asked if anyone was in the to go area, she said yes. Then asked my name. Gave her my name she walked around the to go counter and my food had been sitting there. I paid over seventy dollars including an eight dollar and forty six cent tip to go inside and get my own food. I will never est at this place again. If I want horrible service I will go get fast food and save some money and a tip.

  We met our friends for dinner a couple nights ago. The hostess did not have record of our reservation but seated us anyway so thats good. Service was really disorganized from beginning to end. An appetizer was completely forgotten. Im not sure if my grouper was cooked all the way through. Our food was cold and the lettuce in my salad was wilted. Needless to say I couldn’t eat it. The food did not match their high priced menu. Disappointed.

  We have been going to this particular restaurant for many years and have never had a bad experience. We cannot give them five stars on the food because on two different occasions they removed our favorite dish.

  Prices are high but you expect that for seafood. The Bang Bang shrimp was excellent. The fish & chips was good with very plump pieces of cod. The batter was light & not too greasy. My two daughters both said their food was excellent although I tried one of the pineapple glazed shrimp one had & for me there was too much pepper. Just if you are sensitive to high pepper content be warned. The service was above average & our waiter was very attentive & nice. He answered our questions & help my youngest decide on the type of fish to choose. Overall a really good experience. For the three of us the total cost was near $100 but that was including a generous tip since the waiter was so helpful

  We were disappointed with our recent dinner visit at this location. We ate here once before with a better experience so we returned. No bread was offered and our Calamari app was a bit too salty. My dinner was shrimp with a coconut risotto that didn’t include a vegetable so I ordered grilled asparagus for a premium side fee and received asparagus very chewy and smothered in black pepper, no signs of grilling. Shrimp and risotto was ok but described as pineapple glazed but came smothered in a spicy pepper coating. My husbands shrimp and mango dinner had raw broccoli that tasty odd and a little Jasmine rice. He ate the shrimp but said had a lot of seasoning on them. We waited a while to get drinks refilled and server Erika J said oh I forgot your drinks, you want them to go? We said yes and got out of there.
