  Food was terrible. Fries are always cold and over cooked. It's just not worth the price anymore.

  They were out of most of the food I like the service was terrible , the food was sloppily made and very greasy . Took forever to get my food. There was no Arby’s sauce the girl said she would look but she didn’t think they had any , but lo and behold the sauce was on the sandwich . Everyone that came in after me either left or was complaining about the food and service the management is horrible too . A customer asked a question and the manager got nasty with them . I won’t be coming back here …. If you’re in the springhill area stay far away from here

  We had the worst service ever they were out of everything. Management could not be found when the cashier girl didn’t give us our right change. I stood at the counter for like 15 minutes, waiting for my food while they were arguing with another customer about their order. And then she started ringing somebody else up instead of getting my food that I could see clearly that it was ready back there. Worst service ever do not eat at Arby’s on Cortez Boulevard in Springhill, Florida

  If this is the Arby's on highway 50 in Brooksville, I am sorry but a place that sells roastbeef sandwiches, tells you that they ran out of roast beef at 5pm and we had to sit in line before we could leave, does not deserve a rating from me. I won't go back.
