  We’ve eaten at Portillo’s in Illinois many times. This was our 3rd visit to Brandon. My husband got the Italian sausage as always. It was dry and very overcooked. The chili cheese fries were overloaded and were mushy. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to eating there.

  As others have stated, this location has gotten so much better since the last time I ate there around 7 years ago. I ordered the beef bowl yesterday, and my GOSH did they load me up! There was a generous portion of meat, the perfect sweet-to-hot pepper ratio, AND there was a ton of gravy at the bottom. Just absolutely spectacular considering the price, quality, and amount. I would usually have a picture to show for a review like this, but it was so delicious that I finished it without even thinking to take one! It's also worth noting that the chicago dog from this specific location is always hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. You guys officially have a returning customer!

  Love this place it’s like a high dollar fast food restaurant eat here as often as I can. They have fantastic chocolate, milkshakes and food. Actually going there this Friday for my birthday with the whole family.‼️

  This is one of my favorite locations and I believe the first Florida location. I’m been here several dozen times since it opened always look forward to coming here when ever I’m passing through. Can’t go wrong with the Italian beef dipped or not. With or without peppers & Chi dogs the way they’re supposed to be made.

  I’m from Chicago originally so I know what kinda service you guys should be giving and it’s not giving portillos beef service every time I order a beef it’s never how I want it , either it missing my cheese or my hot pepper oil is not put on , today I wanted something spice I said let me get a beef with cheese slightly dipped with hot pepper oil , I get home I open my beef no cheese no hot pepper oil just plain then I’m calling 4 times and they don’t pick up mind you ain’t no customer there hardly smh Brandon portillos is give you guys a bad taste and service , I want something spice credit because this is every time
