  My husband walks in with a bag from Pollo Tropical and says, “Is the chicken in here sideways? They only gave me one bag.” Me: …THERE IS NO CHICKEN! 🐔😭 At this point I’m DONE. 1st visit: no sauces. 2nd visit: no bread. 3rd visit: burnt dry meat. Today: they forgot the POLLO… I mean literally, this is what you’re known for. At this point I’m just placing orders to see what disappears next. 10/10 for consistency, 0/10 for actually getting what you paid for. Also… do they even know how high gas prices are right now? 😩

  This place handles food in a very disgusting manner I’ve had old stale pitch black fried coconut shrimp and black beans poured on everything even things I didn’t ask for like my salad and mash potato bowls shows they are rude and could care less if u like the food or not avoid this place at all cost

  The food was so delicious and it was still hot from 1 hour car drive , hands down any pollo tropical is the boom

  I had a great first experience at Pollo Tropical in Brandon. The gentleman at the drive through station was very helpful at helping me decide for my first experience at pollo tropical and was extremely friendly! Thank you!

  i had one of my best experiences in fast food here, everyone was friendly and the food was extremely well favored, the manager she even came out to our table to see if we needed anything else offering to refill our drinks i’ve never seen any fast food do anything similar good job pollo tropical i’ll be returning
