  Stopped in for a late lunch I've been going to Panera for a couple of decades, once in awhile. It was underwhelming today. Had the 2- 1/2 TUNA sandwich and chicken noodle soup The bread was broken in half on both sides impossible to eat. Wouldn't that be a quick decision NOT to serve to a customer and get a slice of bread! Perhaps they're on a ration. Soup lukewarm.

  THANK YOU SIRINYA !!! I had an amazing experience at Panera Bread today especially since it was my first visit! Sirinya went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and her kindness truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. Her positive attitude and generosity made my day, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. Panera is lucky to have her! Thank you again :)

  I really appreciate the excellent customer service at this Panera Bread location. They promptly provided a replacement for my order and even gave me a bakery item while I waited. The staff was very understanding and attentive to customer needs. It’s rare to see such thoughtful service, and it truly made my experience a positive one. Thank you!

  I ordered a grilled chicken Avocado blt and the sandwich wasn’t even hot, the chicken was not grilled and there was barely any chicken on my sandwich. I’ve ordered this sandwich many times at a different location and the sandwich is always hot with plenty of meat. I left feeling hungry and dissatisfied. I could also barely hear the cashier when she was talking and she looked confused when I asked her for a to go box. I would not come back to this location.

  The drive-thru worker was very rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. She may be better suited for a position that does not involve direct customer interaction. I pulled up to the drive-thru window because I received a notification that my order was ready. I assumed that meant I should drive up to the window. When I told her my order, she immediately had an attitude and told me that next time I needed to go to the speaker first. I understand that now and acknowledge that it was my mistake. However, the tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. She even shut the window as if I had done something terribly wrong. When she returned with my food, I still said, “Thank you, have a great day.” Her response was a shrug and a quiet “hmmm.” That kind of interaction is disappointing, especially in a customer-facing role. Everyone can have a bad day, but when you work with customers, basic courtesy goes a long way. A simple smile or “have a great day” would have made a big difference. Customer service matters, and businesses rely on customers to stay open. I’m sharing this review so management is aware and can address the issue. Attitudes like this can easily turn customers away. For now, I’ll be taking a break from visiting this location. What made the situation even more noticeable was that my 10-year-old recognized the poor attitude as well. It became a teaching moment about how important it is to treat people with respect in any job. For management, note this happened around 11:12am on 3/14/2026 so that you are aware of which employee to address this with. God bless!
