  No other McDonald's can get 5 stars from me. But the staff are so nice and the food is always super fresh when I need a quick bite for my late night drive home after work

  McDonald's in general needs to STOP SMASHING burgers to a pancake. We want burgers. Not a quesadilla.

  Just got food from the drive through about 10 minutes ago. Around 1:40ish am. Both the crew member in the window and the manager had a bad attitude. The crew member did not acknowledge us the whole time we was at the window. Handed us the food and one drink which was not correctly made and walked away. We were thinking that she was getting the other drink but she never came back to the window and instead ignored us there until I got her attention and asked for the other drink and mentioned the large frappe being filled barely over half way in the cup. She says nothing… takes the cup back, gives it to the manager who fills it more, although she doesn’t grind the ice all the way… the manager comes to the window with it talking about the large frappe is only supposed to be filled to some line that is halfway down the cup… “but here you go” and walks away. Bad attitudes all day… no apologies, or nothing and if the cup is supposed to be halfway on a large, why is this person the first person to ever say that… why is this the first time I have EVERA had this issue and why is there so much room left in a large cup with the dome lid being used for nothing. Not only this. The burgers were made wrong. I know it’s late, I know people get tired but you can still treat your customers with respect, professionalism and provide quality product at the correct sizes.

  I normal go to the restaurant because they never can get an order right but today I couldn't make it to the restaurant so I ordered agents my better judgement I ordered through the app , Everytime i order with out fail sometimes Is wrong or just completely missing! How do you forget to put sauces in an order full of chicken nuggets! This location is getting worse and worse as the years go on an the attitude of the employee is like they are better than everybody else. And it is an inconvenience for you to ask for anything if you don't order from the kiosk it's a problem. If you go up to the counter to ask for anything or let them know that they got something wrong when they completely ignore you until you call them over and then they give you the worst attitude

  It is a shame, this is a beautiful store yet the customer service I just encountered was so foul. Today at 10:24am, I went to order the same breakfast order I’ve been getting for years on the 2nd Lane which is a steak egg and cheese bagel, SUB scrambled egg, and the lady on Lane 2 greeted me with and unfriendly and bothered tone, and as I was ordering she got attitude when I ordered 2 of the bagels on top of other things, and she immediately said “Nope I have to ring up the scrambled separately”. This is not true, I use to be a General Manager at McDonald’s for several years, and the SUB Scrambled option already charges you extra, so I told her that I would go to a different McDonald’s, the one that’s 6 minutes away and they treated me great, and let me pay for the food I wanted, which is what should have happened here. May the lady who took my order suffer consequences, she’s so miserable and almost made me miss out on my delicious meal!
