  Shannon is the worst manager. They agreed to refund my money and then I drive up she never did. Poor customer service. Terrible

  Sat at the drive through order box for 15 minutes before anyone even attempted to take my order. If I hadn't already paid for the mobile order, I would have left. Terrible service, I could see the person in the other lane just chatting and hamming it up with the employee. Maybe focus on your job and less hanging out with your buddies in the drive through.

  I Don’t know what’s the deal with the God damm happy meal toy! My son kept getting a girl toy despite me purchasing the toy on the side a couple of times just because they won’t check to make sure you get a boy toy! “you get what you get” where the words of the employee. I’m very disappointed because I took my son crying out of the store even though I spent money on multiple toys and still they refused to help. The service is Trash.

  Fire the front counter employees and install digital employees. Then out of the 6 digital employees 4 of them call in sick. Thankfully the dining room was clean and the speed of service was quick.
