  I visited this Häagen-Dazs location for the first time yesterday, and I was impressed by both the atmosphere and service. The shop has a great vibe, very clean and inviting. I was served by Nuria, and even though she seemed to be working all by herself, she was very fast, It’s rare to see someone work with that much efficiency while still being so genuinely kind and attentive. She has a great energy and was so sweet the entire time. I highly recommend the Aloha Mango Sorbet Smoothie, it was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Between the service from Nuria and the delicious menu, I will definitely be returning.

  This was not a good experience for me 02/26/26 @ 12:45pm as an American customer who believes strongly in fairness and equal treatment for everyone. I was the only person being served when a woman with a child entered the store. The employee assisting me, Nuria, stopped preparing my milkshake mid-order and began serving the other customer instead. While I was still standing at the register waiting to pay, she rang up the ice cream for the other customer who happened to speak Spanish like herself before completing my order. I noticed what was happening and considered speaking up or walking away without paying for my milkshake, but I chose to remain silent, pay and leave instead. Regardless of anyone’s background, customers should be served in the order they arrive and treated with the same level of respect. I am not anti-immigration or supportive of deportations. I simply believe that when living and working in the United States, everyone deserves equal and fair treatment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can set their expectations accordingly.
