- LMLia MarkhamJul 18, 20211.0I’ve ordered here three times before at this location and every time I’ve received terrible service. I placed an order for pick up and once I went in and told them I had a pick up for food and smoothies they proceeded to tell me they didn't have it. Eventually, they bring the food that has been sitting on the counter for the past 15 minutes because they magically found my order sitting there. Then I wait for my smoothies. I wait another 15 minutes then ask for them. The girl working the front then tells me there is no ticket for it. I told her I already received my food so my order must be here somewhere. She then leaves and walks to the back and I have to ask someone else for my smoothies. My smoothies do not taste good at all and my food is cold. Something needs to change. The staff is extremely rude and off-putting.
