  slow , dine in service , my family wasn’t even greeted , nor handed my cups for drinks , and the lady up front wouldn’t call orders out she just assumed who they belonged to and gave them the food.

  The chicken chicken stripe are more like chicken nuggets and for $7 is ridiculous, then my pick up order was 6 minutes longer than was supposed to be, which wasn't the biggest deal, but when I seen the 4 dried out stale chicken nuggets that then irritated me, why am I waiting for dried out left out chicken nuggets and paying $7?!? Only reason I gave 2 stars is, the rest of my food was tolerable.

  I ordered 2 stackers, nacho fries, and a beef burrito on the mobile app. They were all out of beef when I got there, that's fine it's 2AM not a big deal I'll just get the steak... Everything I ordered was supposed to be just plain steak and cheese (rice too for the burrito) but please tell me why when I opened the bag there was lettuce all over every single item I purchased? The first stacker had lettuce burnt into the tortilla, the second stacker had lettuce again infused into the tortilla, the burrito didn't have lettuce in it but there was more lettuce wrapped up next to it, and most abhorrently there was lettuce hidden away within my nacho fries... the nacho fries??? How much lettuce do you have to be flinging around to get it in the nacho fries??? I'm not sure what type of lettuce freak they have in there throwing a lettuce party at 2 AM but please try to keep your lettuce to yourself... if it wasn't obvious I don't like lettuce and ended up tossing everything just to make my own quesadillas at home.

  I grew up in a very much, Hispanic majority community and I know good tacos! This was no BS one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. It was super fresh. I mean every single thing was on point. I still can’t get over how great that was. I’ll definitely be going that to see if I can replicate that experience!

  This is one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and the last time I went, I drove up to receive my food just to be yelled at by the girl at the window saying I didn’t check in at the speaker and I’m a liar for saying yes I did. I never received my refund or food, this company stole my money and allowed their worker to treat me with a crazy level of disrespect the night of Thursday, 10/23 and customer service has yet to respond to me. Do yourself a huge favor and pick another option for food or definitely a different location!!! I can’t explain enough how awful this company is allowing their workers to get away with treating people like this. Especially when I did nothing but drive up and just try to get the food I paid for.
