    Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen or dealt with. Always acting like ordering anything is a problem!! Never get my order correct (not shocking because they are always rushing you to finish). Everyone has bad days, I work in customer service too but having one car in line and acting like you’re so bothered is unacceptable. Whoever runs this place needs to do an employee evaluation STAT!! Get new staff asap

    I can't not do 0000000 worse restaurant ever I order 3 tacos wait there for 17 minutes and when I go ask the guy said. Don't you see it's only 2 of us working here like if was my fault they don't have enough employees this is only for Brandon restaurant

    Worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Every other Taco Bell that I have gone to I order the same dragon fruit refresca and they make it correctly. I have gone here multiple times and even had to come back around through the drive through to request for my refresca to made correctly. Once again it’s happened. It’s frustrating because this is the closest Taco Bell to where I live. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a simple drink correctly. It’s missing the dragon fruit/strawberry pieces and the color is way off. It basically tastes like sweetened water. I’m just curious if this Taco Bell did not get proper training on how to properly make a refresca or do the employees just don’t care.
