    I ordered online for pick up, they sent me to #3 to way for my order , after 20 minutes I have to go inside to ask for my order , they never apologized, they take like 20 more minutes to find my order and give it to me , never received a apology from any of them, a lot of them using there phone , and didn’t care about it .

    This McDonald is close to my house so my husband usually goes there to get my breakfast. However, they give us wrong food at least 3 times out of 10. Yesterday, my husband ordered the same food everytime, but they gave him the wrong food again, so he called the store the lady she did apologize, and told him come back today they will compensate. This morning my husband went back and told them the sandwich we ordered yesterday, he also ordered an Ice coffee with No Any Sugar. However it is unbelievable when he got home we found out the sandwich is wrong and the Ice Coffee has SUGAR ! I hope the owner pay attention otherwise you will lose your customer !! Well, maybe they don't care !

    I placed an online order around 11:59 PM arrived at the restaurant’s curbside area at about 12:05 AM. The app prompted me to enter my curbside number, and I put in number 3. The store looked busy, and we didn’t mind waiting a few minutes at first. But after thirty minutes of constant drive-thru traffic and no sign of our food, it became clear something was off. The app kept saying our order would be out shortly the entire time, yet nothing happened. We were parked directly in front of the second drive-thru window right in view of multiple employees. Another fifteen minutes passed before the app suddenly said to “check in when you arrive,” even though we had already done that long ago. When we tried again, the app glitched and claimed our order was complete. At that point we decided to go through it. I explained the situation to the first employee, who simply told us to pull up to the second window. No apology, no concern just cold, stale food and flat drinks handed over, clearly sitting there for some time. If the app was right that our food was prepped at 12:15, explaining why everything tasted old when we finally got it at 12:45. Glitches happen, but the total lack of care or effort from staff was disappointing and makes me question spending my money there.

    This Mc Donald’s had a very bad habit of parking you even when no one is in the line to mess with the time. If this is not the case and they park you because there is a line, they take an extensive time. I understand if you have a large order, but even with very small orders. Then when you say you are in a hurry they give you an attitude. In addition, when they park you, they forget the condiments such as mild sauce or syrup. I highly recommend if you are running on crunch time skip this McDonald’s, unless you want to be late.

    The people working here like to make it blatantly obvious they hate their job. Not sure why management doesn’t do a better job of training/supervising. When ordering here, you can almost guarantee they’ll forget atleast 1 item. (Usually half the order is messed up on top of that) I understand it’s just McDonald’s, but that’s kind of the point. An insanely simple job, yet… they struggle to prepare burgers and fries. Always out of half their stuff, systems are “down” half the time. And if you decide to come in between the time they open or close, be prepared to feel like you’re an inconvenience to them.
