  Went through the drive though, and asked for honey mustard and ranch and they forgot to put it in the bag, and when asked again for the sauces, the lady gave me a horrible attitude as if it was an inconvenience even though they charge you for sauces. And to make matters worse, when I got home and opened the bag I had ordered two large fries , and they halfway filled them to the point you can barely see them. Whats the point in upcharging when they can’t even give you the full price point of your meal. Now I wasted my money and my pregnant wife is left still hungry.

  if you ask for extra ketchup, they charge 25 cents each. I ordered a 10 piece, they would only give me 2 packets, any extra are 25 cents each.

  02/28/2026 ZEROOOOOOOOOOOOOO CARE FOR CLIENTS, AND SPECIALLY KIDS ORDERS. No too long ago since my last review and I had the same issue. Missing items on my order. Happy Meal + Filet O'Fish and no happy meal was ever place on the bag. This place is a joke! And now will someone come and place the responsibility on the delivery partners, no, you have an issue with your employees. Wondering how this place is still open. Zero Stars (if that were possible) This is the second time I’ve ordered a 6-piece Chicken Nuggets for my son from this McDonald’s (via DoorDash/online), and the nuggets were missing again. Once can be a mistake. Twice is pure negligence. My son was waiting for his food and ended up crying because it never arrived. I had to leave him at home, drive to the store myself, and all I got was a casual apology and six nuggets handed to me like that fixes the situation. That’s not customer service — that’s bare minimum. This isn’t about the delivery driver. The food is packed and sealed by the store. The problem is inside this location. Management seriously needs to pay attention to what employees are doing because clearly orders are being sent out incomplete with zero care. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially when it affects a child. Do better. Check your processes. Train your staff. This should not keep happening.

  I went to McDonald's this morning 1/18 at 5:30 and a young man gave me a leaking cup, told him to give me a non leaking cup he looks at me crazy like I was asking too much, pours the same coke instead of getting fresh soda from the machine; then he gave me a big handful of napkins instead of just a few, with a sarcastic smile "have a nice day". I am giving you my money, what happened to "the customer is always right". Never coming back to this location, being poorly mistreated. I have high blood pressure and I felt my pressure going up. Tried to call back to speak to the manager and your number is a fax machine number 😠🤦‍♂️ Charlene
