Worst McDonalds. Always rude. Always closing early not wanting to make food because they’re too lazy to cook. I ordered online and they tell me I have to cancel my order even though my order goes through and they took my money. Don’t eat here. Go somewhere else. Another franchise. The employees here are the reason this company is going down. Especially the late night crew going into early morning. Fire the whole crew and get employees who want to work and not act like they’re to good to talk to customers and give customer service, your job

I was hungry and I have a 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua who is picky and wasn’t eating so I decided to drive to McDonald’s and get a quarter pounder and a hamburger patty for her. So I get there order my quarter pounder and two plain hamburger patties, no bun, get home and there are onions all over the hamburger patties. Dogs can’t have onions. The last thing I want to do was load all my dogs back up to go up there. I guess ordering “plain” patties is not specific enough. You had one job. I tried reaching out to the restaurant Before leaving this review, but no one answered the phone.

This McDonald’s location deserves 5 stars. The food was GREAT — honestly, I haven’t had McDonald’s taste this good in a long, long, long time. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly right.
The manager, Jaheim, really stood out. He runs the store with excellent customer service and professionalism. You can tell he actually takes pride in the place, and it shows in the quality of the food and the service.
Highly recommend this location — I’ll definitely be coming back

First I don’t know what’s wrong with yall phone because it doesn’t work. I called multiple times and it’s not going through. I placed a mobile order and it was 4 egg McMuffins no butter no egg add 2 bacon. Not one of my sandwiches had canadien bacon. I would’ve been fine if I could’ve got a refund but one the girl at the first window didn’t even give me a receipt and just told me to go to the next window. If your phone worked I could’ve called and we could’ve figured it out. Yall suck👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The absence of satisfactory customer service at this restaurant, particularly from the young woman at the drive-thru window who displayed a poor attitude, as well as from the manager, Jeffrey/Geoffrey, is truly shocking. I have come to realize that the staff's negative demeanor is likely a reflection of the manager's even more unfavorable attitude. When a manager reacts to a customer who is informing him about the unsatisfactory service I had experienced, he asks me the customer, "Are you having a bad day?" it is an utterly inappropriate and unacceptable response that demonstrates a lack of professional leadership. I suppose I should not be surprised by this kind of treatment, considering they are employed at McDonald's.
