Arrived at 3:05 am and didn't receive food until after 3:26 am. Waited over 20 min for food when there were no other customers waiting. When we received our food, it was cold. It's embarrassing that we waited that long for 2 fries, 2 burgers, 1-10 pc nuggets, and a snack wrap and the food runner brings out cold food (the only things that were luke warm were the burgers, but barely) with no shame. Clearly the staff aren't ensuring food quality or customer service. When looking up the lobby hours of operations at the 24 hr 11212 Causeway Blvd location in Brandon, FL, it stated that the lobby was 24 hrs as well. My husband (who placed the order using his mobile app) attempted to use the restroom as we were waiting an inordinate amount of time for our food and the employees said only Third Party drivers were allowed inside. If that's the case then the information concerning operational hours needs to be updated. If it isn't, then the employees are clearly not adhering to the set operational hours and that needs to be addressed as does the poor service that they continually give during the night shift. They also neglected to provide a receipt with the order, which I can only guess is to avoid customers putting in complaints for their terrible service and food quality. I had to Google the store number for this location as a result. If I could I would give this location 0 stars as the overall experience was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, they also forgot the dip cups for the nuggets.

I waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. 6 cars behind me received their orders before me. I ordered a steak bagel sandwich, sausage biscuit and 2 hash browns. That wait time was totally unacceptable. The manager Shannon, told me it was because of them having to make bagels. It's 9AM, rush hour, there's no way I should have to wait that long to receive my meal and blame it on bagels being made. Especially while hearing staff, laughing and carrying on in the background..Shannon needs to run a tighter shift. Unacceptable!

The restaurant was trashed. The manager came out and realized the garbage was everywhere and went back into the kitchen. Went back to work. The garbage can was overflowing the entire time we were there. Service was friendly though. The food was barely warm. The french fries were slightly warm. The iced tea was cloudy. They forgot to give us our dipping sauces.
