  This has to be one of the best experiences I have had at any restaurant in a really long time! It was a wonderful time! from the moment I walked in the door i was greated by Olivia, to Carlie taking my order, to picking up my food from Tre! Every employee has a smile on their face and works well together! You can really tell that the manager at this restaurant is Leading his team with respect and true Leadership! If you are looking for a place to get one great breakfast and some amazing customer service! You really need to stop in and eat at the Brandon Florida Einstein's bagel!!!! It really was refreshing to witness and a joy Sincerely A Very Happy Customer!

  Today I picked up my catering order but once I got to church, I realized I was missing 3 things. So I called the store and a nice gentleman delivered not only the 3 missing items but he added an additional 3. Wow, I was blown away at this gesture. This is amazing customer service and I will continue to order our food from here monthly.

  I have been coming to this place for decades now and I have never left a review which is a little unfair since the food is fantastic and the service too. Today I received such fantastic service from the girl in the front counter with glasses and the key necklace (sorry I don’t know her name) that I just had to leave a review and give her credit for doing such fantastic job.

  10/28/25 @ around 8am: After working a 12 hr night shift in the ER, I decided to stop by to get some breakfast and coffee for my wife and I. I go through the drive through. The lady on the intercom made a simple order extremely difficult. Her listening skills were non existent, and her customer service was terrible. I start my order by saying that I wanted a classic egg and BACON bagel. She immediately asks pork or turkey, I say pork, and then say plain bagel. I then tell her I wanted an Asiago bagel with cream cheese. Everything is going good so far. Then, I tell her that I wanted a small French vanilla coffee with almond milk. She asks hot or cold, I ask my wife who I had on the phone with me and she says cold/iced. I say this to the lady. She says ok so a vanilla iced coffee. I clarify and say French vanilla she says, “well it’s not French vanilla but it’s vanilla”. She then goes into an explanation regarding the hot and iced coffee and said the French vanilla is for the hot coffee but that she could make hot and then pour it into ice. My wife said, “if it makes it easier just get it hot”. I tell her, ok well I’ll just take the hot French vanilla. She said ok, “A medium hot coffee”. I quickly clarify and say, “I asked for a small”. She then says, “Ok small hazelnut coffee”. I quickly clarify again and say, “I asked for French vanilla”. She disregards what I say and says “pull forward”. I pull up to the window and the employee at the window had a cold coffee. I looked confused and asked, “oh it’s an iced coffee?” She was like yeah is that okay? I was confused and just told her it was fine. The coffee looked like it only had 3 ice cubes. I grabbed the food, paid, and headed home. When my wife tried the coffee, she was like “oh do you have to ask them to add sugar?” The coffee did not taste good. I added regular sugar to it. The coffee had no ice cubes in it at this time. Mind you I live 3 minutes away from this spot. I tasted the coffee, it tasted completely watered down. I had to add honey to make it somewhat drinkable. If I didn’t have to work again tonight I would have drove back, but I just wanted to eat my breakfast and get ready for bed. When I open my wrapper I see that my bagel is not an egg and bacon bagel but a sausage egg and cheese bagel with sausage patties that looked undercooked. You can see the image for yourself. I don’t eat beef so this was quite upsetting especially after working 12 long hours. I ended up just eating the egg and bread/bagel. I don’t plan on giving this place my money or business anymore. The steak and shake down the road closed down, and I don’t see this place staying a float much longer if they continue to be this careless and hire people who don’t care about proper customer service. 3-4 years ago this was our favorite breakfast spot. Moved away to Orlando for 2 years and moved back recently just to see that the service and quality has drastically declined. I don't trust to even get anymore food from this place anymore. I just want my money back and to hold everyone accountable. When I show up to my job that is paying me, I make sure to do my very best and provide great quality care to my patients. Not sure why the Brandon Einstein Bros are hiring and paying employees that don’t care about customer service and food quality. These employees represent the company and it’s not looking good. If I was CEO, I would have this Brandon Einstein Bros investigated.
