Horrible, rude staff that don’t know what they’re doing. Waiting in line for 20 minutes for 1 iced coffee. I asked for a coffee with cream and stevia, the coffee looked like it had neither in it. Horrible horrible experience I will never be returning here again.

I asked for a medium iced original coffee and I got a sweet tea with oat milk and 4 sugars instead. Not very happy with this thinking I’ll have a good coffee once I’m at work but when I tried it at work it ruined my morning.

They put the donut inside of it frosted side down so that when I took it out all the frosting came off of it... dude really? I've also received the wrong order on another occasion and have had two instances where the stuffed bagel minis tasted like burnt paper. Maybe they were on a heating tray for too long or something but they were totally inedible. Staff is friendly enough but that doesn't really make up for the poor food quality.
