I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and caramel flavor but what I got was sweet tea with flavor. This store has gone down hill. I dont know what happened to the original crew that work there but the service now is horrible every time I go now nothing is correct. I had to go to Starbucks to get a good cup of coffee.PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! it's so disappointing that you spend you hard work money to get horrible service.

On top of that, they had the music playing so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. It took forever to get two coffees and I won’t be back.

Is disgusting and I was still nice asking for a remake just for the entire crew to walk out and find “who was looking for the remake” smh and don’t even get me started with management. If I was the owner I’d be devastated my company was being ran this way. Get a better crew on deck or host a training on CUSTOMER SERVICE
