  ordered the sweet bacon croissant & when i took a bite I PULLED A WHOLE PIECE OF PLASTIC OUT OF MY MOUTH!!!

  Hello it’s me again I made a previous review on this location and to be honest the manager Christine Hill of this location on Brandon Blvd, hasn’t gotten better… my coffees have been ok the past month since my last review, I stated I work next door and I come here 5 days out of the week for my morning coffees, she has since found out about my review and has been EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude too me, harassing me about my google review well over a month ago, she even went as far as telling me would I like her too help me rewrite my review, I have audio recording of her saying this too me! no thank you ma’am I met every word I said in that review! Today I went in for my daily coffee she was making, I smiled and asked her how are we doing today? That set her off and she proceeded to call me “sassy pants” making fun of me being gay, she then told me she’s not the one to be messed with …. Ma’am I just want my coffee MADE right that’s it I’m not with the antics Christine I’m in and out I order one coffee it’s never been that serious until you made it too be ! She then proceeded to tell me I’m Ban and she’s calling the cops on me ….. Mind you all of this over a google review over a month review and mine wasn’t as bad as the ones I see people writing on you, taking pictures of you , etc I will not be bullied and I will not tolerate disrespect! I am a paying patron I will not be discriminated against or belittled I’m still waiting for the police to come speak to me about this ms Christine I hope you fight what ever demons you’re dealing with and find peace because you’re one malicious spiteful individual

  I will personally never EVER go to this store again. Christina/ CHRISTINE is the worst manager I have e ever encountered and from the looks of reviews I’m not the first customer that has recieved her nasty attitude. I ALWAYS come to this location every morning, my order was taken incorrectly and she gave me attitude about it . She tried to hold me hostage at her location which I called the POLICE for then she called the police on me AFTER I called them. I have a dash cam video clearly hearing my order clear as day and her disguising comments and because I requested a refund and she told me to never come back. I told her if she wants to trespass me put in writing BY LAW. I feel bad for every single employee that works under her.

  Coffee is great but being asked to tip is ridiculous and left a bad taste in my mouth. This is a fast food type of establishment, no one is getting sit down service and tips should be appreciated when given. As someone who worked in restaurants for 20 years asking for a tip is extremely unprofessional.

  We came at one Dunkin Donuts busiest times on a Saturday. Watching the team work thru the line of people's orders in store, (taking sandwhich orders, getting coffee, getting donuts orders), and there is a line of cars wrapped around the store location. I forget the nice young lady name, but you and your team killed it in there today. I literally drove back to this location vs the other store on lumsden in walking distance. Thank you for the excellent service.
