Today I guess my mobile order did not go through (totally my fault but the money had come out of my account) so instead of telling me they pulled me to the second window and left me sit there. There was no one else there so I thought it was weird and went inside after a few mins and they are on their phones and found the situation amusing.

It is refreshing. Everyone is hands-on, including the DM who stopped to whip my table. I had no clue. They are a great team here.

I waited 20 minutes for my iced latte and avocado toast. My latte was sweet and obviously not right. The girl said "it's just milk and espresso" like I was wrong and she didn't make a mistake. I don't appreciate being blamed for someone elses incompetence. The remade drink was correct, but was a short pour. Ridiculous! I don't think there was anyone in the store that wasn't having an issue with their order. Too bad Dunkin doesn't provide a way to make comments directly to the company. My only option was to let the whole world know about this below standard service.
