  ordered online let the man at window know my name of order waited 6 minutes he asked the name again waited ten minutes asked again and waited at the window for 25 minutes total the ginger employee told me to pull around with i had five cars behind me and i told i’m sorry im not going that i’ve waited long enough and then asked the name of my order for the third time in twenty fives minutes and then told me they don’t have an order under that name and then said u must be at the wrong location and proceeded to laugh in my face extremely disappointing customer service

  They didn’t give a proper protein serving. Asked for double and even then it totaled just one serving. For a $20 bowl I’m extremely disappointed.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I normally don’t take the time out to make reviews but this is ridiculous! I was on my lunch break today with my coworkers. I ordered a carnitas bowl with plain white rice, corn and shredded cheese. I went to sit and eat with them, but my bowl was so dried out and inedible! I took it back and asked for a remake. They said “they were waiting on Carnitas and it should take about 5 mins”…ok no problem I’ll wait. Nearly 30 mins goes by and nobody says anything! Everyone is standing around talking while I’m waiting and nothing. Finally, a kid comes up to me and asks if I’m the one waiting on carnitas? I say yes, and he grabs a bowl and apologizes for the wait. When I get to my destination (because all of my coworkers ate their burritos while I was waiting up front) I find out that they put the same dried out carnitas in my bowl again!! I am so mad and hangry!! I waited all of that time just to not be able to eat my lunch again!! 😡

  I found the lack of professional grooming and attire standards among some staff quite disappointing. Specifically, one employee’s appearance—wearing sagging pants and a sideways cap—did not align with a professional business environment. Additionally, the payment machine was faulty, which added to a frustrating experience. I highly recommend a focus on staff training and equipment maintenance.

  Disclaimer : Today is the first day in my life that I ever willingly choose to never eat at any chipotle for the rest of my days. I just moved to this area and it been about 8 months since I’ve eaten at any chipotle establishment. I thought to myself , I’ll just go to Publix next door and get a quick $12 max bite to eat. I decided, you know what , let me treat myself to chipotle it’s not going to be that expensive. WRONG. I get a bowl brown rice , i notice there is no chicken left so I go for the steak , whatever. She scoops maybe half a spoonful and says “ you want any peppers /cheese “ blah blah. Mind you there is no one in line but me at this point you’d think they’d be a little more generous. Of course I don’t say anything I’m too scared to get hit with that doble meat charge ,right . I get guac and sour cream a bag of chips and a topo chico water that costs maybe $1 at Walmart , I googled it. She goes your total is $23 dollars !!!! I never thought I’d see the day that I would pay $23 for cooked brown rice . I’m not one to waste my time writing reviews but I promise you I was scavenging through my bowl for a piece of steak from the first bite . I will say everything tasted fine , everything was clean , nobody was rude . I know it probably sounds like man this guy is crying over 20 bucks, lol , that’s not the point . But I say this with full confidence my money will never be spent here or any chipotle ever again . It’s almost inhumane lol
