The food is often watery, the counters are messy, and food items are frequently mixed between containers. The service tonight was especially disappointing. The cashier dropped our chimichurri sauce into the bag carelessly, made no eye contact, and showed no courtesy. It’s Veterans Day, and both my spouse and I served, we participated in the Veterans Day special, but there was no acknowledgment of our service or even basic politeness. We hope management addresses these issues. Cleanliness and respect for customers should be a priority.

The young girl behind the cash register literally threw the bowls in the bag with chimichurri salsa, and slid the bag to over the counter towards us with aggression and attitude. Upon investing i realized that the bowl had not been closed properly and wet salsa had gotten out of it everywhere on the inside of the bag causing the bag to get wet and tear. Went to my car seat to look and noticed a huge stain on it too. So now I have no dinner for the night, a stain on my car seat, and chipotle stain on my drive way which was just pressure washed. Called the retaurant back which got routed to a foreign customer service agent who did nothing to help other than telling me he "opened a issue with incident team" and gave me a code to follow it with.

The rice was dry, I didn't realize it till I got home to eat it and also, it costs me $3.40 for a drink. And if I wanted chips, it was even more, but they didn't tell me that they just suggested it, which is a good thing, but I'm not happy with the meal at all. I wasted $20 for nothing and I love chipotles. But that was a very bad experience that day.It was about a week ago and I just had a chance just now to write a review and I don't think I'll be coming back.I wish I could get my damn money back actually
