Don’t think the floors/ tables/ seats had been wiped and cleaned in days. Trash cans were piled up a foot high and about to spill onto the floor. It wasn’t even busy in there too I’m not sure why nobody could clean anything. Dump of a place with lazy workers.

The employees were openly arguing with each other in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. The manager who was supposed to be on shift apparently left, leaving the team without proper supervision. The team lead on duty was extremely unprofessional and refused to provide her name when asked. Instead of resolving the situation, the behavior only made things worse. Customer service was clearly not a priority during my visit. This is by far the worst Chipotle location in the area. I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses the lack of leadership and professionalism.

I didn't eat anything else but the bowl I purchased from them yesterday. I tried to call the restaurant to inform them of this situation. Instead of speaking to someone directly, I spoke to someone in a foreign country, who just noted the information down on his computer. The person I spoke with didn't offer any type of solution or information on whether or not they would be contacting the store directly. I think it's safe to say that I won't be going back to this particular location or any Chipotle restaurants, ever again. This is beyond pathetic customer service protocol. I managed restaurants for over 15 years and this just isn't how any restaurant should treat their customers. Especially ones with legitimate complaints and concerns.
