As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We came through the drive-through at 7:06 pm to order the famous fries and fries only because that's what we were excited about. We asked the girl if the fries could be made fresh if they weren't hot. She simply stated that the fries are always hot. When we got to the window we tried to make a joke with her about the fries and she didn't respond or flinch. It felt really rude like she was offended at the idea that fries wouldn't be hot. She handed us the bag while we continued to speak to her. The fries were warm but not hot which was fine. However, I guess the retaliation was to douse them in salt. The fries were so salty we couldn't eat them even after trying to use napkins to wipe it off. There was no way that was an accident. We had to throw them out. Now I wish we hadn't even asked for hot fries.
