- ZEZeudis EscalonaNov 16, 20252.0This was my first time trying Charley’s Philly Steaks at the Brandon Town Center, and the experience was disappointing. What they advertise on the menu board and what they actually serve are two completely different things — it feels like false advertising. The cheesesteak pictured on the sign looks full, juicy, and well-assembled. What I received was the opposite: dry bread, barely any meat, uneven ingredients, and an excessive amount of mayo that completely took over the sandwich. The presentation didn’t match the photo at all, and the quality felt rushed. The fries were okay, but not fresh or crispy. For nearly $20, I expected something closer to what they promote visually. This being my first visit, I really hoped for better. I’m sharing this so the location can hopefully improve the consistency and serve what they actually advertise.
