I hate that I have to do this. But this is the third time I've had a bad experience. I love cava, but the past few times I've been here they have incredibly stingy with the topping. The girl was scraping the bottom of the broccoli and put crumbs on it and I said hmmm can I please get anther scoop hoping she'd maybe refill it and instead she scraped metal and put flakes of what looked like broccoli seasoning on top of the allready scooped broccoli seasoning from the first scoop.
Also anytime I would ask for something the past few times it's seemed like it was a huge inconvenience making me feel uncomfortable to even make my bowl.
I don't mind paying extra for a extra scoop but I just feel like they are incredibly stingy. I paid $40 for two bowls and I feel like I didn't even get what I wanted. I'm hoping management sees this and say something to the staff; i love going to cava however if im paying $15+ for a bowl I feel like I should get what I want on it without feeling disappointed.

This place used to be one of the best but no longer is. I ordered today a Greek salad with chicken and I asked the girl where is the hummus? Oh he already put it in there, she didn’t even bother to check herself if there was any at all. The guy on the assembly line had put on my bowl the romaine lettuce, arugula and the chicken. Sadly the people working on the assembly line used to love working at this place. For some reason they seem to be very unhappy and pissed off at the world or the fact that they have to work. If you don’t like it then leave and move on to something else! The vibes your staff give out aren’t very good at all! Also they have removed from the menu the lamb that was tasty and nicely cooked in its broth. I am not talking about lamb meatballs. I do not recommend this place.

First time ordering here it was delicious!! Best Greek salad I ever had and the tzatziki was delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again for sure.

Can’t follow instructions, I’m sure they don’t read the uber eats orders thoroughly. Instructions posted on the uber eats tag outside the bag and on the bowl itself and it’s still wrong.

Drive 1 hour total travel time to get dinner for my family and paid nearly $100 on food to be told that “NO”, I couldn’t have extra pickled onions on my bowl in addition to the 2 teaspoon sized amounts that were given on my bowl. Even after offering to PAY for the extra PICKLED ONIONS which has ALWAYS been FREE at ANY OTHER Cava that I have ever visited, INCLUDING THIS ONE…on my last visit just last week.
The younger black guy with dreads and ski cap on his head who must hate his job who played around in school and must now prep chicken bowls in a fast food restaurant, was very disrespectful and nonchalant about it with an entire line of people standing behind me. I took it a step further and contacted 2 other locations and spoke with their general managers who both said that extra protein is extra but toppings are unlimited. One even called their general manager whose nickname I was told is “Tiny” said she’d call me back but was off today. I will also reach out to their corporate office as well. I will NOT ever visit this location.
As you can see from the receipt uploaded—I had no problem with paying extra and in fact PAID for extra protein on 4 out of the 5 bowls ordered but paying for extra pickled onions is apparently where they draw the line and it’s not an option! This is clearly this stores policy and is only enforced depending on who’s making your bowl.
