I was extremely disappointed in the service, however, I did tip 25% just because I know servers rely on tips. Carrabas please train servers better. Total disappointment. Food was delicious once it finally arrived.

Our server was Kendall 😇 my grandparents & aunt absolutely loved Kendall. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding. - Hey Kendall, my aunt ended up ordering the perfume from Kylie Jenner that we talked about lol.. Thank you 😇

Friendly, professional, and made sure everything was just right the entire time. I have never experienced such quick efficient service while also having genuine conversation and feeling like family. Her service truly made the night special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! Told Michael the assistant manager and he was also incredible to speak with and spoke highly of his team with a huge smile. Such a wonderful experience to see a workplace have so much joy and be able to delight in it.

Her level of excellence and proficiency and kind personality made a wonderful dining experience. We would definitely come back and ask for her.

We recently celebrated a family birthday on a Sunday during the holidays with a party of 13. She was professional and efficient in refilling our drinks and making sure that everyone was happy. We were in and out in under two hours with food, cake, and gifts!!! We also love the fact that we can make a reservation. It makes for a much better dining experience!
