But unfortunately it was over powered by the rude, manager who told us we were not allowed to enjoy our food that we ordered online in store which is very flabbergasting. I was both embarrassed and ashamed.my friend dani almost cried. I had to console her. We will not be coming back

I waited in the to-go area for about 20 minutes while managers and employees walked past without acknowledging me or another customer who was also waiting. The lady in front of me placed a large order, and instead of checking to see what we needed, they just kept staring — and the restaurant was practically empty. When I finally said I was waiting for a to-go order, they acted annoyed. Terrible service.
- KBkenzie barfieldOct 17, 20253.0BUGS ON THE WALL! the food was good. they didn’t have the bread for the first sandwich ordered but the one i ended up getting wasn’t bad. the server was super friendly and sweet. as we were eating, a cockroach started to climb up the wall next to my husband and almost got on him. the manager came over and said “i’ll call my guy out tomorrow.” didn’t apologize for the rodent on the wall next to us while eating. extremely disappointed with the lack of care from the management staff and cleanliness of this establishment.
