Hubby had the surf & turf (barrel steak), and it was ever so slightly overdone, but still good. I had the Chilean seabass and it was out of this world. I did not know you could sear fish. But this Chef did. S/he seared it to a perfect crisp, yet it was tender, juicy and buttery on the inside. It melted in my mouth. Well done, BFG, well done!
