The lady started our order, completed only half of it, and then left us without saying anything to help another drive-thru customer. I went to the manager to ask about our order. She gave us only one ice cream and said she would tell her, but then told us we needed a refund because the flavor was not available.GAVE US ATTITUDE. I asked why nobody informed us earlier, since she left without any explanation. I told her we could choose another flavor because this order was for my kids. If it had been just for me, I would have left without getting anything. This was very disappointing and unprofessional service

I pulled up, placed a basic order, and at the window a credit card machine was shoved out toward my car on a stick—prompting me to tip. In a drive-through. No service beyond handing me my order, yet I’m put on the spot to tip while a line of cars waits behind me. That’s not customer service; it’s forced awkwardness. The physical act of pushing a tip screen into someone’s space is uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially when there’s no actual service being provided. If wages need to be higher, raise prices and be transparent. Don’t pressure customers at a drive-through window with a guilt-based tip prompt. Coffee should be quick and simple—not an uncomfortable moment I have to brace for. Until this changes, I’m done.
