  Ordered a decaf iced coffee because I can not have caffeine and I ended up with a regular iced coffee. Had it been busy I would understand. But it wasn’t busy.. and when someone ask for something and they get something they can’t have for specific reasons.. it’s aggravating and money wasted. It was late when I got home so I couldn’t come back and return it. It’s simple to pay attention..

  Every time I’ve gone everyone is so sweet and my drinks are made really good. The two ladies working 3/8/26 at 1:10 pm in drive thru were the sweetest! I love this Dunkin because of how nice everyone is and how good they make the drinks!

  Every time I walk into this location I am ignored. No one says anything to me. I will stand by the togo counter and people will walk by and look at me...they will look up from what they are doing or from there conversations with each other...but no one will say a word. I will stay for a few minutes waiting to see if anyone will help me before I just give up and walk out. Don't waste your time going here....drive the extra mile to the next one, you will get better service there.

  No MAnager or Supervisor is present at 2:30 PM on a Sunday. There is no way to get in contact with anyone, or no email. Basically, if you ever feel that you need to come back to a place or have any questions regarding a charge. Not after 2:30 PM.
