  Absolutely horrible service. Rude rude rude rude, beyond rude. Not worth it. They all act like they don't understand anything you are saying and then catch an attitude when they mess up. Ridiculous, I will never recommend to anyone.

  I order boneless wings each time they are over cooked, I asked them not to over cook them and I was told they have to cook them a certain amount of time . I told them they are over cooking them to where the are dry inside. They did the wings as well like over cooked. So no more boneless wings or regular wings. I will go to Hooters where they are not over cooked.

  Went to Charley’s at 10:45 and was told they would be open at 11:00. I waited around but thought they were open since all the other restaurants were open. I went back a few minutes past 11:00 and was told they still weren’t open and needed 10 more min. I asked why they weren’t open yet since it was already past 11:00am and the guy shrugged his shoulders.
