  Without fail, EVERYTIME I order online, something is missing or wrong. This time I'm missing TWO items! 😡 I just don't understand. I stopped automatically tipping just because of this and still tipped today once I it there. I am more disappointed everytime and will probably have to take Carrabba's out of our rotation.

  Two words, Ed and Crystal! No where else comes close. New happy hour ends at 6 but food specials are better than before.

  We had an amazing experience thanks to our waitress Shelby at Carrabba's in Brandon, Florida! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly on point the entire time. Shelby made ordering easy with great suggestions and kept our drinks filled without us ever having to ask. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

  Tony did a wonderful job with his service, despite it being a little busy Sunday night. My wife and I enjoyed the service, wine and food. Next time we eat at Caracas we’ll be asking for Tony again.

  This was our second attempt at dining at this Carrabba’s location, and unfortunately, it will be our last. We arrived around 1:30 PM on March 4th. While we were seated promptly, the experience quickly declined from there. The Highlights of the Visit: Hostile Service: When we ordered coffee, our server was visibly annoyed. She bluntly informed us, "It will take 15 minutes for me to make," in a tone that made it clear she was unhappy about having to brew a fresh pot after the lunch rush. We felt like an inconvenience rather than guests. The Food: The wife ordered the Minestrone soup, which was a massive disappointment. The texture was incredibly mushy, as if it had been sitting for three days. It lacked any of the freshness you expect from this chain. I had the Italian Sandwich, which was very good. Atmosphere: The music was uncomfortably loud for a room with only about five couples present. To our server's credit, she did turn it down when asked, but the initial environment was far from relaxing. The Silver Lining: The only bright spot was the younger man who brought out our drinks and food. He was polite, attentive, and seemed to be the only person who cared that we were there. Final Verdict: It is disappointing to receive such consistently poor service. Most people won’t take the time to write a review; they simply won't return. After two failed attempts, we fall into that category. I cannot recommend dining here during the day—or perhaps at all—if this is the standard of hospitality and food quality.
