  We always come to this Bonefish location and it’s our absolute favorite. Malakai did such a great job & we were shocked to hear that it was one of his first days serving! Everyone is always very kind and attentive to you here, and we lovee the food. Thank you :)

  It was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we had a great experience. Our server surprised us with a complimentary appetizer, which was a really nice touch. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere felt warm and cozy. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Bonefish Grill! I went there on a third date, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for the evening. The food was absolutely amazing. Every bite was flavorful and beautifully prepared. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and just right for a romantic night out. The wait staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable without ever being intrusive. Overall, it was the perfect combination of great food, excellent service, and a cozy, romantic vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

  We placed an order that was supposed to be ready between 1:46 and 1:51. When we arrived at the restaurant, we waited for 10 minutes without anyone coming out. My husband went into the to-go orders area and stood there for about 5 to 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged him. A staff member finally told him she would notify the person handling to-go orders that we were waiting in the parking lot. After returning to the truck, we received a text indicating that our order was ready and instructing us to provide our parking spot number. We waited another 10 minutes following the text, and at that point, I asked my husband to go back inside because I was concerned our food was getting cold. Once again, he stood there for at least 5 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, we left without our food, thankful that we hadn't paid for the order upfront. It would be beneficial for you to close and lock the to-go door if no one is available to attend to customers waiting. In fact, you might want to reconsider offering to-go orders altogether if you're unable to provide proper service.

  Rachael from the carryout at the front has been the most biggest blessing to me in disguise I have been dealing with health issues for the last three months and every time I call in to place in an allergy order she is always so attentive so kind so generous and very big hearted and not to mention she always remembers my order and how I need it she definitely needs to be recognized at this restaurant for how sweet of a person she is and I hope God continues to bless her for being so generous to me and not giving me a hard time when placing my order it’s been very hard for me to eat these days but when I call Lynn she just makes me feel stress-free and I feel so happy to be able to eat my meals thank you Rachael for everything you’ve done for me in the last three months you deserve to be recognized
